✔ The plant consisted of prominent nodes, young branches covered with numerous hairs, leaves are alternate, ovate, flowers purple color, fleshy berry fruits with numerous seeds.
📌Traditional it is used to fever, cough, asthma, diabetes, cardio-protective, diuretic, dropsy, leprosy, bronchitis, anticancer, lumbago, hemorrhoids, and anti-pyretic.
✔ Leaves used to relieve pains in arthritis.
📌Pharmacological activities: Anti-arthritis, Anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, anti-ulcer, cardio stimulates, anti-filarial, and wound healing effects.
